“We are using Alignd to determine our weekly goals. We review our entire teams goals every Monday to review the previous week and the plan for the current week. Then daily our team is supposed to put their main goal. That is primarily how we are using it now. I think it's helpful to keep us moving toward the overall goals since we have to tie out to the main goals. Overall impacts is it forces everyone to think about how they are spending their time at a higher level which I think is a really positive thing. I still think we have room for improvement but I don't think that's because of the tool, that's probably more related to accountability to make sure people are putting the right amount of thought into their goals.”
